"Laughter Yoga gives me the chance to be 5 or 6 years old again and play."--Nancy Grim, Regular Participant.

"I feel like I've had a really good workout, without the strain of 'working out'." -- Julie McClymonds Smith, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Regular Participant.

"Please post this on your website. I have had sciatic nerve damage and pain in my left leg for years. When I was lying down on the floor for the laughter meditation, I felt the familiar pain at first, then it went completely away. It's still gone. That hasn't happened since I've had the pain (for years). I will sleep well tonight." -- Laughter Yoga Participant, UVa. Health Carnival for the Library System, January 2011.

"The lower back pain that I've had for years is gone and has not come back." -- Susan, participant from RAC classes, February 2011.
