Katyusha Fogg is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader who trained with Leigh Meredith and Jon Graznak and in direct affiliation with Dr. Madan Kataria, present-day Founder of Laughter (Hasya) Yoga.

Katyusha is a skilled leader who specifically works with children and parents.

"My vision is to bring parents and their children closer together, resolving tension between family members through laughing together; to help overworked and overwhelmed mothers and carrier women and men bring laughter back into their lives."

"Besides making me more aware of the need for laughter in my life, the lives of my family and friends (and the world in general), Laughter Yoga helps me to cope with stress and the challenges of everyday life. Laughter Yoga helped me immensely in reacting to my kids' exuberance and laughter outbursts -- I do not even try to quiet them down anymore, unless it can get dangerous to their or others wellbeing and if it is absolutely inappropriate to laugh at a certain place. I can also see how much this practice brightened my outlook and woke up that happy little girl in me, who seemed to have fallen asleep."

"After attending a Laughter and Silence Retreat last July (as a birthday gift to myself), I was totally hooked on Laughter Yoga and loved the idea; I was blown away by the medical evidence and research on the healing power of prolonged laughter; and impressed by the personal physical and emotional benefits that I got out of the practice that day."

"I love that anyone can participate in Laughter Yoga and it can be outrageous fun! Even if you don't feel like laughing, it can be your saving little straw that you could and should grab to survive."
