What to bring
We're having a vegetarian-friendly potluck lunch. After your register, we'll contact you with more information about our cooking requests.
Please also bring whatever you may need to comfortably lie down on carpet, i.e., your yoga mat or a blanket. Large pillows are available. Feel free to use your water bottle throughout the workshop.
What to wear
Very comfortable clothing. Shoes aren't worn in the teaching room, however socks are fine. Walking shoes are a smart choice for exploring the beautiful grounds.
