Laughter Yoga does not depend on the mind, although by practicing it, we can "trick" our minds into helping us feel better.We simulate laughter to stimulate feelings of happiness, well-being, peace, confidence... Even though our brains can't tell the difference between "fake" and "real" laughter, we can! Not to worry - in time, the awkwardness of fake laughter becomes genuine and flows out of us like a fountain. When this happens, we begin to hear and feel our "original laugh". Consquently, we more easily reconnect with the originality of us ~ our true selves ~ and begin to live more authentically. In Laughter Yoga, we use laughter as a tool, not an emotion(although it gets really funny). This is done to improve our health, increase well-being, and promote peace through personal transformation.YogaLaughs classes and celebrations are usually 1.5 hours. Corporate seminars are usually 2 hours.
